RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
CANCELLATIONS and RETURNS
If you wish to cancel your order, you must inform The Airgun Target Company Ltd of your intention to cancel your order by email.
You will then receive confirmation from The Airgun Target Company Ltd and given the authorisation to return goods, please quote and include your original invoice number. Please note, goods must be returned in a resell-able condition, unless the product is deemed faulty with proof of this provided to The Airgun Target Company Ltd.
Once we have received goods we will then issue you a full refund less any delivery charges. (You will be required to return goods at your cost by an insured and trackable method) If goods go missing we will only consider a request for refund on proof of completed receipt/delivery of goods to The Airgun Target Company Ltd from your nominated courier.
If a delivery charge was made on the original purchase this will not be refunded as this is a service which is concluded at the point of order.
Orders that have already been processed and/or despatched cannot be cancelled; they must be returned to The Airgun Target Company Ltd for a refund following receipt of goods by customer.
We will do our very best to assist and enable a quick refund process upon receipt of returned items.

All costs relating to return shipping of correctly supplied goods shall be the responsibility of the purchaser.
The Airgun Target Company Ltd are not responsible for any shipping or insurance charges relating to return of goods.
Please be aware that The Airgun Target Company Ltd may NOT be able to accept for full or partial refund/credit any items that have been prior installed by the customer before return.
Such goods/components shall be deemed 'used' and therefore unable for subsequent resale.
The decision to refund or partially refund prior installed items shall remain solely at the discretion of The Airgun Target Company Ltd.
